 18:      Organizational Structure:

 
LEYA has three principal management organs through which the entire activity of the organization has been managed such as: -
 
i.           Advisory Council
ii.         General Council &
iii.       Executive Committee and
 
LEYA adopts decentralized participatory management system in program implementation. The General Council is the supreme authority of the organization consists of 23 Members. 07 members Executive Committee is elected biennially out of General Council for policymaking and facilitates in program implementation. The policies of Executive Committee are implemented by the Chief Executive. He is responsible for overall program implementation and management of the organization. Accept this there an advisory committee consists of intellectual members. The advisory committee always looking after the overall achievement of the development activities and they provide necessary feedback where necessary to. 20:      Monitoring and Evaluation:
 
 As per the daily work schedule and having prior approval by the Chief Executive, Field Workers, Coordinators & Branch Managers are timely performing their obligated responsibilities. To keep track of the field activities weekly/monthly meeting are held at the Head offices. Higher personnel of LEYA also attend in the meeting. Individual worker places their weekly performance report in the meeting. Problems are also discussed in the meeting faced in implementing the activities. Through participatory discussion, decisions are made for the next week activities as a result all the staffs are implementing the activities in a track way.
 
Not only are that Staffs to submit their weekly performance of activities through prescribed Reporting Format. Programme Manager is responsible for the compilation of the reports and after compilation of the Field Staffs report, another session arte held with Coordinators & the Chief Executive to review the programming activities.
 
Monitoring is system by which program head can see the present status of ongoing activities. So, to collect data on program activities the workers, Coordinators & Program Coordinator, use various forms. Through these data Chief Executive always pay necessary information among the staff through office memo or his direct visit in the field. These steps are implying LEYA towards effective implementation & sustainability of the Program.
 
 
 
 
21:      Accounts management procedure:
           
LEYA keeps Account as per standard accounting system. All sorts of voucher or advances are to place in the Chairman and according to the approval money is withdrawn from the Bank accounts by the signature of any of the two personnel. Accounts are maintained as per rule of the donors. Vouchers and records are preserved for verification and audit. Chartered Accountant firms for improving the financial control and management system will audit the books and accounts of the program annually. The said report is submitted to the donor in due time.
 
22:      Bank accounts of LEYA:
 
Account is being kept for the organization maintaining separate bank account operated with joint signature of two responsible persons. For the smooth functioning of the project activities all sorts of Bank Accounts of LEYA have been maintaining with joint signatory system. The authorized signatory powered personnel are the Chairman, Chief Executive & the Faineance Secretary.

iv.                Income from IGAs (Handicraft, Fishery, Nursery);
v.                  Member’s admission fee;
vi.                Subscription of General Council Members;
vii.              Groups Savings;
viii.            Donation from local Elites.

CONCLUSION:       
 
In spite of remaining lot of problems and limitations, LEYA has been implementing of its various development activities with the sincere cooperation of the staff, volunteers, and Executive Committee members. The present donors have played a very important role in the implementation of the activities through providing generous financial supports. We are grateful and thankful to them and anticipate continuous cooperation for our effective activities. We do hope, if more donors support us, we could be able to cover more targeted people and help in their socio-economic enhancement and empowerment.
