For the legalization of development activities LEYA is registered withthe following departments of Bangladesh Government;
i) Department of Joint Stock Company, Dhaka vide-Registration No. S-6045 (289)/06, dated 17-10-2006 under the Joint Stock Companies, Act. XXI of 1860;
ii) Registered with the Micro Credit Regulatory Authority, Dhaka, Bangladesh vide-MRA No. 00037-01156-00286 dated 25/06/2008.
iii) Department of Social Welfare, Dhaka vide-Registration No. Dha-02543/1991
iv) Department of NGO Affairs Bureau,Dhaka vide-Registration No. 3078, dated. 09/01/2017.

06: Partnership/membership with:
LEYA has been implementing its various development activities with active partnering/membership of: -
i: Partner organization of Palli Karma Shahayok Foundation (PKSF), Dhaka, Bangladesh for the effective implementation of Micro credit Programme since 2009;
ii: Partner organization of Fund Management Unit, Bangladesh Bank, Low cost housing project since 2009;
ii: Member organization of Credit and Development Forum, Dhaka, Bangladesh for Capacity Build up of NGOs staffs and project beneficiaries since 2006;
iv: Partner organization of NGO Forum for Public Health since 2008.
07: Background information:
In 2003, it is found that the poor community people of the rural areas of Kadompur have been facing various social, economical, humanitarian and environmental barriers. Though several NGO’s and Government Departments are working together with sincere efforts to reduce poverty and achieve a healthy society but these supports do not fulfill their basic needs as the vulnerable people have no way to cross their endangered position towards the development platform.
Considering the vulnerability of the community people, some energetic, social minded youths took initiatives under the leadership of Md. Mahabub Hossain in a small sizes, like education, health support and use of micro finance supports through group formation for the improvement of socio economic & health status and the present LEYA came into existence as a non political, non profitable, non government & charitable society.
